Postage within Australia

All orders are dispatched nationwide using Australia Post Express. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days after purchase. We will notify you via email if there will be a delay in sending your order.

International Postage

We currently don’t ship internationally. Please contact us via email with any questions or queries.

Delivery Address

Post & Co recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. Post & Co is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

Returns

Change of mind - We are not obliged to provide a refund or replacement for a 'change of mind' request. Shipping and delivery costs will not be refunded for change of mind requests.

Damaged or faulty items - We may request to see your proof of purchase.  If there is a failure in relation to the goods, we may elect to provide a refund including shipping costs, replace the goods or repair the goods.
